uploading photo

I'm finding it difficult to upload a pic to my profile .. I choose a pic then go to send and I find NO SEND OPTION on screen ??...

At a loss so did message FS but didn't get a reply so I sent one by e.mail .

Without more info im afraid its hard to help, are you uploading it by phone or comp?
