Is there a way to permanently delete a message thread? Like when someone who’s messaged before messages again you can sometimes see previous messages but with others I know we’ve chatted to it’s a fresh conversation? I just wondered if there was a way of deleting the history?

In the new version of the mailbox, whenever a new post is made to a conversation thread - from either participant, the previous posts re-appear.
If you prefer not to see a conversation as a full thread, you can revert to using the old version of the mailbox - there's a wee link under the title heading to switch. Then you will only see the individual messages as they arrive.

I believe that is only if neither of you have deleted the message history. If I have kept the message history but they deleted it I will only see my replies |
