It'll be your service provider blocking adult sites

They should have an opt in option on system some how

Service providers have age restrictions/adult content controls..you need to contact them to turn it off you can do it online if you have a provder account..you do not need to explain ..just ask them to turn it off.. proof of age maybe required if it's pay and go ..

From another thread:

"It’s an adult block for sure.

If you go to:

http://www.fabswingers.com/nossl

It’s a special new page which loads over plain unsecured http and you will see whatever message your internet provider is attempting to show

I had this problem but if you download an app called

'opera mini' it lets you access any site without restrictions.

The networks all have a habit of their adult permissions getting blocked, so that some people have to repeatedly get them reset, to permit adult sites.

I had the same problem with Tesco mobile. Signed into my account to change my settings & asked me for credit card details (I don't use one), a quick 5 minute live chat & it was sorted the next day

If you have already got adult block lifted from your network provider and you still can't access from time to time, try turning the aeroplane mode on and off a few times.

That's what ee told me to try,and it worked.
