How to delete chat?

I see messages as deleted, but after upgrading my account, I can see full message thread.

How can I delete a message(s) so they don't show even in a supporters chat?

Delete the thread in your inbox and then sent messages too.

But if someone you've messaged messages you again and they haven't deleted the messages their end - you'll see them all again.
