It says we can continue membership from £5 however that price option doesnt appear avaliable any ideas ??

It could be an adult block. Admin have posted about the problem before on other threads...

TalkTalk (for example) has stopped many of their landline customers using premium numbers

You need to either contact their customer services and ask to be able to call premium numbers

Or use another method
