I can't remember my old password and wanr to change my single account to that of a couple..... can anyone help please? Tia

If you try to change password on your account settings does it not offer you an email forgot your password prompt?

No it doesn't unfortunately, I'm not brilliant with tech stuff but I did look for that.

When you go to log in there is a "forgot password" box. Click on that.

You would be better off starting a new account as a couple though.

You won't be able to change your profile to a couple.
