Unable to log on to fab when out and about.

We used to be able to access fab when were out and about but not any longer. Both mine and my wife's phone are the same.

Any idea why?

I had the same problem

My phone settings were ok but had to go yo 02 for them to adjust sim card settings.

They didn't ask what sites,I just said I, l thought the parental settings were wrong

I know with three Ireland they have an adult content block that needs to be turned off in store. Try next time your out to access some other non pg site and then you will see

one of our phones is not letting us access the site at all when out but the other is. was this the same issue? the phone company advised settings are fine

Same here, I've not been able to get FAB on my phone for around a month.

Pain in the arse as have to use this clunky Kindle.

wifi restricts adult sites either that or your service provider requires you to resubmit your proof of age if you havnt already done it
