Message filters keep changing on their own

Can anyone offer advice please?
My message filters keep changing on their own from unblocked to blocked. Ive changed my password and deleted cookies.
I run another profile on here for a social I run, the settings message filters on there are ok. It seems to be only my single profile. This had gone on for a week. Its so frustrating as people cant message me as anymore  |

The male filter. It keeps chandinging to blocked 2 or 3 times a day. I change it back but within a few hours its changed again.

Ive been monitoring it all day and the only one that's changing is single males.Going from unblocked to blocked. Everything else isnt changing. Twice its changed on its own today |

"Sounds to me that someone else has access to your profile and maybe changing it from their phone..an jealous ex perhaps?? *Mrs Xx"
Ive chsnged password and deleted cookies.
I don't have problems with ex lol. Im certain its just a problem with settings on fabs end as my other profile is uneffected.
But its not happened in 24 hrs so my fingers are crossed |

Possible you're seeing cached version of the page. What browser are you using?

Ive just looked now and its vhsnged from and green tick to a red cross. I screen shot tbe page 2 days ago and this morning and the only one thst keeps changing is the single males. Its chsnged in tbe last half hour. Im using explora. Going to try a new search engine and see how it goes. |

Well i thought i had success as for 24 hrs i didnt change. I hide myself earlier today and just became visible and as i did it i literally saw the change in my message settings. The males became blocked. So if i change to become visible or invisible it seems to effect the mesdage setting. I know this sounds so confusing x |
