Sorry in advance for the essay but any help would be appreciated...
One of our friends messaged us saying we were online late the other night. I text back saying Mr was asleep next to me and I wasn't online. I checked our tabs and neither of us had the site open. I changed our password and thought that it may be a one off problem with the internet or something.
Since then we've messaged friends asking when we were last online and almost always they've said we've shown as online when we haven't been.
We had fellow fab friends over last night. Neither of us had been online all day so we asked them to check and again it said we were online. We checked phones and tablet tabs and nothing was left open and yet an hour later, it still said we were online.
We've changed our password twice, I don't know if we are going to have to delete and restart our account. Any suggestions? Xx |

If nothing else has happened to your account and you have changed the password I doubt that you have been hacked personally.
I have been told many times that im online when I haven't been online for hours, but there has been no other changes at all to my account so I really just feel sometimes we show asonline when we aren't. |

It doesn't work like that. Only shows you online if you're active on the site
Has nothing to do with if you "logout".

But I've had the same issue, been told online when I know I'm not.
During the night, whilst on a 4hr motorway drive, at work.
I thought it was because I use 2 devices & hasn't logged out on one.
But I've had no Internet for over 20hrs due to issues with local mast and apparantly still been online? |

I been on here over 5 years. Tonight i logged on earlier this evening. I save my messages for a good while. I dont mass delete my messages i do individually. When i logged on all my messages have gone what i have saved ???? how is this possible. Have i been hacked. I logged out proper. I didnt even delete a message before i logged out. Whats gone wrong. |

If you're using your mobile phone it shows you online all the time I think.  |

It currently says you were last online 10 hours ago. It looks to be working correctly

Have you been to friends or meets and logged in on there laptop or pc etc, maybe they playing funny buggers by logging in if it's saved on there side.

I only use it on mobile & I always show as online, even when I’m not - same thing with my old couples profile (used to check one from the other sometimes too!!)
I think it’s just to do with the way phones work, wouldn’t worry about being hacked!
I even had messages on this profile last year when my ex was in Monaco on a boys weekend - he’s logged onto the couples profile, yet my account was coming up as ‘nearby’ To where he was - had 2 guys wanting to meet up with me in Monte Carlo when I was in Birkenhead |
