non existant profiles

I have been searching for a profile, and get a message saying it does not exist, but i have a couples profile and can find it there

Are you getting the "The user you tried to view doesn't seem to be on the site any more" message or the Suspended or Blocked one?

If you hid the profile you won't be able to find it using a search ....

Could it be that you have your singles profile blocked by it but not your couples one?

I get this message "Sorry, we couldn't find any users with that search" yet i know the person and they confirmed their profile name.
