A friend is having trouble

They dint show up as a member

But can log into the account

They send messages but they don't arrive...

If the account is suspended would fab say...

Only Admin can answer that - member needs to use the 'CONTACT' facility - bottom o the homepage, teeny-tiny print.

Patience will be needed.

You said your Friend can log-in - they will be able to see the 'CONTACT' facility - it's on the Homepage - very bottom, in teeny-tiny print.
