It's a pity you've suffered this problem for almost a year, and it's not fixed.
Do you know what they get when they try to message you? Error messages or status of users/pages should be useful in tracking down the problem.
Are you viewable to others, but not able to be messaged? Latest flash version etc? Have you tried using a different web browser, such as Opera or Firefox and still got the same issue?
My first step would be to check Flash version and try with a different web browser, to see if the problem disappears. Good luck! |
