Do you mean you've not logged on for a few years or you're returning after a few years?
If it's the first one they've probably left the site so the veri dissappear but the summary still shows.
If they've verified you and changed their name you'd still see the verification, but under their new name. Assuming they're still on site.
The other possibility is they're still here but have blocked you. |
