We don't use postcodes in Ireland.
First you need to change the national choice - top right-hand dropdown menu on homepage - click on Ireland [for the Republic of Ireland addresses].
Then you need to change your hometown location on your own details.
Once both are changed, you should be able to see irish profiles in search results.
Sometimes you need to log-out to reset your location - and it is right when you log back in.
