Friends of ours has forgotten their password for their profile, they've messaged admin two weeks ago, and still no reply. Any ideas on how to help them out. They don't want to set a new profile up.

There's a password reset link on the login page. Your friends need to follow that, it will send an email to the registered email address to reset the password. X

If they've done all that it should have worked. Did they receive the reset email and follow the instructions?
