Filters keeps coming off.

For weeks now on and off our filters keep randomly coming off and allowing single males to message. Any one experiencing this? We have changed our password and that hasn't helped.

Are they men you've never been in contact with before? Filters don't apply to them.

Ok. If you contact admin from the CONTACT button giving the username that keeps getting through they'll check it out for you.
