I’m hoping someone can help. We recently met a couple who have tried to verify us numerous times now and it won’t show on our manage verification section for us to post. This couple have lots of their own verifications so are able to verify others. This will be our first verification. We have not shared an internet connection with this couple and we do not have any filters on our profile to prevent the verification from showing. I’m hoping someone can advise as we have tried everything. Xxx |

Use the 'CONTACT' facility and explain the issue so Admin can check this out.
Bear in mind they get hundreds of reports to deal with and this can take time to hunt down the gremlin causing the issue. |
