Unable to change email address and have forgotten password

Hi is there anyone on admin that can help me ??
I like many others had there email accounts closed last month which has left me with mountains of problems as now i cant retrieve any of my personal information, log in or retrieve anything and all that was in it has apparently been wiped.
The problem i have now is i cant change my email address on here to the new one i have because i have forgotten my password and to reset my password it would send the details to my old email address which has been deactivated....
Has anyone got a solution please without me loosing my account or setting up a new one.
I dare not log out now as i will never be able to get back in because i cant remember my login password. |

Hi needing help.
Can't remember my email address to log into my account.
So a have had to make a new account.
If a admin or some body could help me out please. |
