If the people you were chatting with write to you again, sometimes the previous messages show up as a conversation.
If you delete a message in error and immediately use the 'back' button on your browser, you can see the message again [and save it, if you are a Site Supporter].
There's no way to resurrect deleted messages otherwise. |

Yes they will be able to see it. You cannot delete it from their Inbox - you can only delete the dupicate copy that's in your Sent box.
"If I sent message and its been unread are they will see later someting if I deleted?"

If there was any content in it that breaks site rules [stuff that could be filtered out such as web addresses - even phoney, jokey ones] - that would get the message pulled. |
