I am a silver supporter I want to set up a couple's profile have tried and tried can anyone advise me pls |

You will need to start afresh - new email address and submit a new application for a couple profile.
Otherwise, if you use the 'CONTACT' facility [teeny-tiny print at the bottom of the homepage] you can ask Admin to change your single profile into a couple profile - not always possible but worth a try. |

For anything to do with profile changes you should contact Admin directly using the CONTACT link and they will have a look at it for you |
