Can't post in forum

I have a friend on here that is unable to post. They can reply to post privately but not respond or create a topic. Been on over a year and is site supporter. Anyone help or admin ????

I had the same problem. My account was validated but there was something wrong with the settings - get them to mail admin and they can fix it.
