Can anyone help?
For some reason my single profile isn’t being recognised when I try to login. It’s says the email address, username and password are all not recognised. It suggested a inmake a new profile and use the contact option but have had no reply. I made a new account to contact them. This recognised my email address and I can still see my single profile on the site. Very annoying!! |

Use the 'CONTACT' facility to explain to Admin about yout issue - and then be patient - they will sort it - usually without need to contact you directly. |

You may have mispelt your email address when you set up the other account. I did that with a new one I made once. I couldn't log in. Try a couple of variations of your email address XXX |
