Friend can’t access account

Hello my friend made an account for his wife
Charlotte80 he can no longer access as it says the email are not on the system please can u advise what to do
I have already sent five messages through contact
I have all relevant details to verify the account

Your friend will have to use the 'CONTACT' facility himself, and explain the access issue to Admin - they will then sort this out.
If they are using a second account from the same IP address - it may cause an issue.
They will probably ask you to do a 'Photo-Verification' process too - to ensure the profile is actually for a female - not a male pretending to be a female.

No - he needs to explain the access issue to Admin via the 'CONTACT' facility - and they will help him sort it out.

1) why does your friend not ask himself..
2) why didn't his wife make the account
3) why isn't his wife trying to log into it.
If he's trying to arrange meets for her, then a couple profile might be more appropriate.
Sounds dodgy to me, maybe it's been suspended |

1. He has already contacted admin the site suggests to use someone who is already on there or make a new account
2.his wife and him have tried logging in she didn’t even get chance to verify before access was denied
3.im simply trying to help my friends it was me that recommended them to the site
Now I have egg on my face
4 the fact the admin are no.ln existent does not make for a good site
5. If the account is suspended or blocked at least let them know |

Problem is three days and no reply when they state 24hrs
Support is non existent it seems
I’m asking for help on here and I’m getting a very negative response
Not very community like either plus nobody seem to know the procedure when u r locked out of the account
Which is why I’m trying to get an answer for him

With respect, people may be cynical as you are an unverified single guy talking about his unverified friend who has set up an account for his alleged wife, and you’re trying to access it and contact admin to sort this issue out. None of you are verified and yet you’re criticising the site admin and users that have commented for their lack of community spirit. So, if your friend and his wife are desperate for an account on here, I’d suggest they simply set up a new couples profile and go from there. What you are saying simply sounds highly dubious. Admin don't state anywhere that you will get a response within 24 hours, in fact because it isn't your account you won't get a response at all |
