Morning fabbers, so I need help, I have a new phone and can’t access fab when out and about even thou I have 4G, there was never a problem with my old phone just can’t inderstand why It won’t work

No just says ‘safari is unable to access’
Have you tried a different browser?"
I’ve contacted my network provider and they say my ‘parental control ‘ is in and need to deactivate it |
