How do i change my current profile from a single male to a couple profile without losing my friends list? Have a great female now who wants to join me on here.

Only way to do that is to contact admin and ask them to change it. But the fact that you are verified as a single man, they may not change it so you'll have to start another profile.

Just make a note of the friends names you don't want to loss and add them to the new profile.
