Accounts disappeared

Hi I have a singles account where today I sent a verified photo and 3 others. Now it’s stuck in a glitch and the account when I search from our couples account has disappeared??

You will need to report the issue via the 'CONTACT' facility - bottom of the homepage, teeny-tiny print - and Admin will sort out the issue.
