You can ask admin directly for the post to be removed.

But no users cannot delete posts.

You get a few minutes after you've posted to remove but otherwise as has been said you need to ask by reporting the thread.

If admin wanted to delete older threads I'm sure they would though.

Just click on report (bottom right) if you want something removed.

give your reason and Boom! as if by magic it disappears.
