Are you using a desktop/laptop - or a phone/tablet to access the site?
If Mobile device - you need to download the 'Puffin Browser' to be able to cam.
Otherwise you will only be able to view other people's cams and not broadcast your own cam.
The normal advice for desktop/laptop problems is to try a different browser - Chrome, Firefox or Opera usually work.
