'User no longer on site'

Some nice people I chat to sometimes disappear, with the message 'user no longer on site' accompanying all previously sent messages. What are they doing that is getting them banned? Is it quite common/easy to get banned?

(This isn't about fake profiles, as one person who's 'no longer on site' talked to me on MSN (with cam), and was the same person as on their profile).

They will have left the site if that message shows and not have been kicked off.

Its not about being banned,its because they have left the site

The only people that can delete an account are the account holders themselves
