My friend has been suspended and sent over 100 msgs to admin and owners ..hasnt had 1 reply as to if or when her account will be re activated ..could you please look into this and contact her ..her user name is misshot.NE..regards Ruby

If Admin have received a 100 reports about the same thing and havent taken any action I think your friend should probably assume that for some reason they are not going to.
