does that mean though individual peeps are blocked they can still view profile pic's??"
I think to view profile pics, they must be able to view your profile..
maybe its a case they aren't blocked?
Maybe you ought to contact admin directly with the name of the profile thats supposed to be blocked and ask them to look into it. |

They shouldn't be able to, the system is specifically designed to stop this.
If you think someone you have blocked has Fab'd a photo of yours contact us privately with details we'll check it out.

If you go into new photos or Fab photos you can view the photos even though you may be blocked or have blocked the profile
If you click on the see all photos or see profile then you are blocked.. But you can see individual photos
Perhaps that is not quite what admin want.. But this has been possible for ages |

We've looked into this:
Although a blocked user could do a "Fab" action and this would show up in your listing of who fab'd your stuff they would not see your photo on their Fab'd items page. We've now fixed it so that they can't perform the action either.
As per the message above, the public photos (new photos, top photos) have never filtered blocked users photos (but we will look at the implications of doing this). It wasn't so long ago that blocked users could still see your profile. Our view is that if people are using specific blocks to try and protect their privacy, they are probably misguided since the blockee could simply register a new account and view their profile anyway?
