2nd (single) acct not working

Good evening, we have searched the forums but can't see anything similar. Whilst we await the Admin replies (reported at the weekend) seeing if anyone has experience and solution please.

This is our couples profile but for a few months Sarah has her own (Appleby11sarah). All seems fine, she is verified and messages fly backwards and forwards. Unfortunately she has just tried to post some meets and they all just delete (She gets the saved message but they don't appear. Similarly she cant post in the forum etc so not certain that her 'contact us' request went through.

We tried registering separate email addresses and have tried different internet connections, but without success. We have tried different computers, phones or tablets but without success. It states saved but 'manage meets' total remains at 0 and nothing is listed.

As we mentioned, anyone have suggestions to try ?

Thanks in advance, I know the Admins are busy so trying to self fix.

Only Admin can help, if they are going to lift the block they will let you know
