Topped up a fiver with Vodafone. Sent message to 79100 n gets reply immediately that its premium text message n I have insufficient credit n aneed to top, not going out to get another £5 top up, anyone help . . Jo |

I'd assume you were charged 10p (or whatever a text costs nowadays) for sending the original text.
Leaving you with a £4.90 balance.
I'd think this is your phone provider and not sure what (if anything) admin would be able to do to help. |

Not received a PIN but been charged?
If you check your credit after texting it may show reduced balance even though you haven't received your PIN. Your network is processing the text and it should be on it's way. DON'T TEXT AGAIN OR YOU MAY GET CHARGED TWICE! If your text does not arrive, you won't be charged.
Not received a text after 5 minutes?
Check the following:
Did you text the correct word (SWING) to the correct number 79100?
Enough credit to send a normal text and for the £5 charge?
Do you have signal?
Is your phone registered to an adult aged 18+ and verified to receive adult content? Your mobile network can check this for you.
If you checked out all the above and still don't have a text, please try another payment method. |

This seems to be an ongoing problem ... i got charged £15 (3×5) and after seveal messages to admin they eventually upgraded me but when asked about overcharge they blamed my network sent admin a copy of my bill but no response!??!.. i have just now (today 12th of May 2018) sent a text to upgrafe and still waiting for a pin ...
Its frustrating im sure 'Fabswingers' doesn't want to see people leave but its not helping the situation??? |
