can't create new account...

I have a single account...this one, and all is fine.
The problem is that I now have a partner and wish to advertise as a couple.
I've tried three times to register a new account with different names and different emails from different pc's.
In each case I have verified the account from the email that was sent to me...
Every time, the account remains 'pending approval' ... in one case for over two weeks. The web site says it takes 5-10 minutes...
If there are any admins watching will someone please take a look at Lpessex to let me know what is wrong...or to just approve.
Any advice appreciated....thanks in advance for Amy help received.

Might be because you have used the same email address as for your single one. The site doesn't let you have two accounts from the same address.
Suggest you creat a new email address for your couples one and good luck |
