Hi,
Apologies if this has been asked/answered before, I did a search of the forum and couldn't find anything.
When looking through the status updates, I see some meet requests. When I click on them, it goes to the profile, not the request. There is no link to the meet request on the profile (just an icon).
So, my question is this. How do I know if I'm what they are looking for without messaging them? It would be annoying to get loads of messages from people that don't meet your criteria. |

"No, not a status update, a meet request through that section. It shows up on both the updates and the profiles, but no details of the meet."
I think you would just need to mesaage them lol |

"...There is no link to the meet request on the profile (just an icon)..." If you mean the Calendar icon that shows the "Looking to Meet Today" tip when you hover over it, you can add this to your profile without creating a proper meet.
If you look at https://www.fabswingers.com/meets/meet_form you can click the "Add Me to Meet Today" without adding any details. I think most people use it to let friends/regulars know they're up for fun. |
