I tried texting to upgrade via text, but every time I try, the message fails. I have full signal so that's not the problem.

I am on Plusnet.

Any help would be appreciated

Maybe your phone has the setting that doesn’t allow premium numbers/texts? I would contact your provider who can lift that from your account and then you should be able to get a site code
