Blocked but not on blocklist

I sent someone a message last night but now they can't see my profile and I can't see there's.

They are not on my blocked list and they said I'm not on theirs.

Does anyone know if there is a setting that needs to be changed on my profile or hers?

It is possible that the site has blocked you from each other.

Get in touch with Admin via the CONTACT button bottom of the home page, and ask them to look into it for you.
