Blocked from sending messages

Got blocked from sending messages for apparently trying to send a link (which I wasn't) was told the block would be removed in a few hours however it is still there and I haven't been able to send messages for nearly 12 hours now. Can anyone help?

Just been blocked aswell for a mistype i think, sent message with evervonline by mistake and been blocked for spamming
