Can’t fab pics for certain users

I like to fab pics that I enjoy, but there is one lady close to me who’s pics don’t give me the option to fab them. Any thoughts as to why?

There is an option to turn off the Fabbing of pics - the profile user must have used it.

she does not want them fabbed so she has the facility turned off

Thx I didn’t realise it could be done. She has only recently showed them on her public setting.
