I've been having the same problem - have reported it but still happening. If you have messaged the couple before even if its a no thank you they can still message you regardless of the block but if they have not I'd report it and hopeful it will get sorted |

I am still getting message from couples and now TV/TS's whom I have blocked on my message filters, I have never had contact with any of the ones that are getting through, I have reported it via the report button on the messages but it seems nothing is being done about the glitch |

If people who you have blocked with filters are messaging you it's because you have mailed them previously.
Just put a specific block on them if you don't want to hear from them in the future.
You can check this as a site supporter by viewing their profile and checking the contact history bit at the left hand side.
