Not sure if anyone can help me

It won’t let me change my location to somewhere in UK.

The only options I have are America states.

CAn anyone help with this ? X

I have the same problem. Don't have edit account.when I go into my account I can only edit the present text but cannot change my country. Country drop down menu does not work.can you help? Thanks
