Trying to set up new, single account

Hi,

We've had this couples profile here for years but last night began to create a single woman profile for Mrs Try. We got as far as having to submit a photo for verification and since then, nothing. The site says that once we've uploaded the photo, it should be approved within the hour.

Is there a problem with the service at the moment?
