You must be photo verified.

Got a female friend to join. After a day or so verified them as real.
They went to verify me back, it said they must be photo verified. So they uploaded a photo and their account now shows as photo verified.
They went to verify me back again, and again it told them they need to be photo verified.
When they go to a read a message, and click on a profile and then click back, all the messages are deleted.
We are not in the same house, I read that can cause a problem in other threads.
She messaged support, no reply, messaged admin and maybe admin replied today but she wont be on again till later to read.
So my question, is the only thing to be done, is to wait for admin to reply? |

Hi, so it's been 3 days since this post, and 4-5 days since private messages sent to support and admin and no replies at all.
Can someone say the best way to get in touch with someone who can look at the account and fix it? |

Admin are the only people that can do that so if shes contacted them already using the CONTACT link theres nothing more that she can do and she might just have to be patient |
