Friends can't see each other

Have friend from other site and neither of us can see the other here. Can't see any constraints/settings that would block each other, have checked not on blocked lists. Name search just says can't find match. And yes we Are friends, no one trying to hide. lol

Any thoughts?

Have your friends hidden their profile? Could they have blocked you, it can happen accidentally?

Make sure you have the name spelt down to the last letter, capitals, hyphens, everything. The username search can throw up the occasional glitch!
