I have sent a verifacation to a friend, but she never got it...anyone any ideas please?? |

Verifications we try to leave for another user aren't being saved
If you're trying to verify another account that you have created yourself or you're trying to verify someone who is using the same PC as yourself, or you're on the same internet connection, then the verification won't be recorded. We do this to stop people creating fake accounts and verifying them themselves.

But this lady has logged onto my computer on her own account to check her mail this morning and during the night when she was at my place... |

It doesn't matter. If you have used each others pc's then a verification will not register. This is to stop people setting up multiple accounts to verify themselves. |

Thanks for that, is this just new cos i think this lady used my pc the last time we met (again to check her mail), and i was able to verify her after that meet...anyway, if there is a moderator reading this, can you let this one go through!!..both profiles have been created a long time ago!! |

We met a guy this week and he kindly posted a verification of us and we have attempted to respond. We uploaded some comments - which it said were being saved, but they are not appearing on his profile.
Can anyone please explain why not. |

I can't imagine getting up from a night of fun and whilst still together log on to give a verification. 
It would seem like notch carving to me.

Do you mean he hasnt got the verifcation or HE is not showing it on his profile ?. He has to click the display on profile button for it to be shown |
