If you have previously been in contact with the other profile, they mailed then you replied, then the message filters no longer apply to them.
Are you sure you have never messaged these profiles in the past? |

As a site supporter whenever you visit a profile it will say when your last contact was (on mobile, not sure about the desktop site).
I see something like this at the top of the page.
They mailed you 4 weeks ago.
You mailed them 3 weeks ago.
They winked you 5 weeks ago.
If you don't see something like this you have never exchanged messages with them and it would appear that your filters are not working properly. |
