"I have twice got membership which says you get bonus 60days each time and on neither occasion have I got this. Does anyone know how I can apply this?"
Unless I'm misunderstanding what you mean, you should have got 270 days (6*35 plus your bonus of 60 days). Are you saying that you only got 210 days?
If that's the case, you'd need to contact Admin directly (use the Contact link, below) to resolve the issue. |
