I thought it was just me but a few others have mentioned it too.
All the sub-forums nearer the bottom of the page keep changing order?
Its been like this since this morning. Is it a new thing or a glitch? |

It looks like a "feature", it seems to be sorting the regional forums (excluding UK & Ireland) (but plus Politics) in reverse order of immediacy, so that the forum with the most recent post is at the bottom. |

I hadn't looked that closely tbh. Just kept ending up in random forums when I scrolled to the bottom and hit the screen where the Scotland forum used to be, but what you say seems to be correct.
Hoping its a glitch rather than a fearure.  |
