If you use hotmail or msn or live as your email this is the most likely source that someone has found your password (by requesting it to your hacked email account). We suggest to everyone they use googlemail, we've seen lots of hacked hotmail accounts over the past few months - not sure if this is hacked directly or via MSN chat.
Either way make sure you also change your email pass.
