cant remember my password

If I log out I won't be able to get back into my account as I cannot remember my password and to make it worse I cant get into my email adress I used to register.

Someone please help me.

Stay logged in in Lap top abd try logging in on mobile by guessing password

Go to my account and there should be a change password option

I think you'll need to contact Admin, to ask them for help to change the email account, then you'll be able to use the Forgotten Password link.
